IER’s professional engineers don’t simply carry out fault finding practises upon repaired PLC units & modules, but also an extensive preventative maintenance system. This includes the replacement of electrolytic capacitors in a state of degradation. These units are usually upgraded from 85°C to 105°C units.

These components are sourced from IER’s international network of suppliers. The procuring of these modules allow for the utmost in effective repairs.

Parts that are obsolete are sourced from IER’s own stock of spare parts, if not available from suppliers. These parts are from numerous scrapped PLC units.
