Process Control Instrumentation Repair

IER repair most types of process control instrumentation including Temperature, Pressure, Level (including ultrasonic), Counters etc.

Using our In-Circuit Component Tester, we are able to trace faults and simulate many electronic functions.

The IER procurement department are usually able to locate many spares including the obsolete parts.

Following the repair, a full functional test is carried out by powering up the units and using a 4-20ma signal to simulate the input. Most temperature controllers are tested using a E,J,K,T or PT100 thermocouple simulator.

IER also use ultrasonic heads to fully test many types of level controllers.
