IER has a large team of highly-skilled electrical engineers to tackle repairs of equipment ranging from small PCB's through to large industrial drives. Our electronic repairs are usually effected without diagrams and wherever possible we functionally test using methods similar to that of the manufacturer.

IER use the most technically advanced in-circuit testing to 'functionally' test many of the components, including surface mount devices without the need of removal, thus saving time and increasing the reliability of repair. This is combined with an extensive range of additional equipment that enables us to carry out repairs to most circuit boards with both through-hole and surface mount components.

Our surface mount work station, which uses the latest infrared technology, enables our electronic engineers to safely and effectively replace both through-hole and surface mount devices.
